Simón R. Barth
Mr. Restrepo is Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. He holds a degree in Business Management with an emphasis on International Business from Eafit University and a Master of Finance from the University of the Andes. His expertise lies in the execution of successful capital raising projects, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has experience managing companies with a comprehensive knowledge of legal matters, the tributary system, marketing, human resource management, and strategy. At present, he is teaching Chair of Finance at Eafit University and a member of several Boards of Directors. During the year 2015 he was awarded as one of the top 500 business leaders in Colombia by the Nota Económica magazine. His main interests include conscious capitalism, economic policy, and capital markets.
